Who uses this service?
Adult children living interstate or overseas who want someone trusted nearby to support their parents, either for a one off engagement or a longer term arrangement. Or, independent seniors who enjoy having help with the logistics of daily life, without the formality of traditional care.
Do I have to commit to a long contract?
Not at all. Services are fully flexible with just two weeks’ notice to pause, change or cancel. There are no lock-in contracts and no red tape, just ease and peace of mind.
Is this aged care?
No. The Gentle PA is not an aged care provider. This is personal assistance, tailored with dignity and warmth, for individuals who are still independent but benefit from extra support.
Can I book just a few hours per week?
Yes. Support starts from just a few hours per week and is always tailored to your needs - whether that’s once-off help, short-term support, or something ongoing.
Can you accompany someone to appointments?
Yes. Whether it’s medical, dental, hair, or a social outing. Jane can accompany and assist as needed, while keeping the experience relaxed and supportive.

What suburbs do you service?
The Gentle PA supports families across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs including Bondi, Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Coogee, Randwick, Maroubra and surrounds.

What services does The Gentle PA offer for family offices?
The Gentle PA provides administrative support and lifestyle coordination tailored for high-net-worth individuals and their families.
For some families, tax-effective structures may apply (e.g. if a parent is a company director or shareholder). Always consult your financial advisor.
How does The Gentle PA ensure confidentiality with client information?
We implement confidentiality protocols to protect all sensitive client data and personal information.
Do you share updates with families?
Absolutely. With the client’s permission, we can provide gentle updates so family members feel informed. Especially helpful for adult children living far away.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. The Gentle PA carries full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. This protects you and your family, and reflects the high level of trust we place in every visit.
Have you had a police check?
Yes. I have an up-to-date National Police Check, which I’m happy to share upon request. You can have peace of mind knowing that every part of this service is built on safety, discretion, and reliability.
Can we claim back your fees through My Aged Care or NDIS?
The Gentle PA is a privately paid, independent service. I’m not affiliated with My Aged Care or registered as an NDIS provider. That means you get consistent, flexible support without the red tape, rotating staff, or limitations often found in government-funded programs.
If you or your loved one is self-managed under NDIS, I’m happy to provide itemised invoices or service summaries for your records. Any reimbursement would depend on your individual plan and coordinator.
